🚚 Shipping Policy

Every piece is made to order, printed just for you, one at a time. The kind of patience that feels a little like waiting for your favorite book to arrive.

Processing Time

Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared before it leaves us.

During drops, launches, or busy seasons, this may take a little longer, but every order is still handled with care.

Shipping Times (after processing)

  • Canada & USA: 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

These are estimated timeframes. Sometimes, carriers or customs have their own pace, and unfortunately, that part is out of our hands.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for updates to appear.

Split Shipments

If you’ve ordered more than one item, they may arrive separately. Each piece is printed in different locations to get to you in the most efficient way possible.

📦 Returns & Refunds

We don’t believe in overconsumption.
And because everything is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color choices, or change of mind.

But we do believe in getting things right when it matters.

If Something Isn’t Right

If your order arrives:

  • damaged
  • misprinted
  • defective
  • or incorrect

We will absolutely fix it with a replacement or refund.

How to Reach Us

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number
  • a photo of the issue
  • a short explanation of what happened

We’ll take it from there.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your tracking says delivered but you can’t find your package, check with your local carrier or neighbours first.

If it still doesn’t show up, reach out—we’ll help you figure it out.

Please Note

We’re unable to accept returns for:

  • wrong size ordered
  • change of mind
  • delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
